We welcome Pre and post natal clients as well as helping with injury rehabilitation.
We also specialise in pilates for health & wellbeing.
Plans can be built using mat work, Reformer & tower, Wunda chair and spine corrector. All mat work, in the studio, can be regressed or progressed using pilates balls, franklin balls, magic circles and resistance bands.
